Further, you are NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY WORK OBTAINED FROM ME FOR NFT OR AI PURPOSES. DOING SO WILL GET YOU BLOCKED & BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY.
Lastly: I do not go by a first come-first serve basis for commission slots. Rather, I will review commission requests as I see fit &, depending on if I feel up to the task or not, I will inform clients if I will accept or decline.

1* = I'm okay with drawing canon characters ONLY if they're in OC x Canon, or OC & Canon interactions. Otherwise, I will not draw canon characters on their own, nor will I do canon x canon content. Fanart's not something I'm invested in creating unless its on my spare time.
(if I were offered an extensive amount of money, then maybe. But as a whole my heart's not in it for fanart & I'd hate to disappoint, so apologies for the inconvenience.)
2** = Pin-up / Suggestive work does not feature nudity unless its artistic / not sexually explicit.
3*** = I am open to coming up with an outfit for your character for ANY commission type if desired, BUT do know that unless if its specifically an outfit design commission, there will be no separate ref for the outfit itself.
4**** = As long as the meme does NOT fall under the "won't draw" category, I'm down. Additionally, I may do a discount for redraws.

★ Please make sure that the commission option you're going for is open! I may open slots for some commission options whereas I may keep other options closed, so please bear this in mind!
★ Regarding overall file sizes... Do be warned, I work on incredibly large canvases on CSP (minimum 3500 x 4000 or 4500 px), which for me typically is done to ensure getting in as much hi-res detail as possible. If you need the file size to be lower do inform me, as I am open to sending both the original file size as well as the downsized version!
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ Possible additional fees ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
★ Complex character designs typically will cost extra. The decision on whether a character's design is complex to warrant upcharges is on me, NOT the client.
★ The cost of additional characters will be specified on the commission type ordered.
★ Major changes to sketch WIPs when the commissioner did not specify the pose they had in mind will cost $10 extra.
★ Any minor changes/corrections to be made to a sketch due to artist error are free of charge. (entire pose changes do not count as minor, so make sure you either sent your pose reference, or we've either agreed on coming up with a pose together, if there's something specific you want).
★ However, if a commissioner DID NOT provide certain details on a commission they want corrections for, they will only be permitted up to 5 minor corrections. Additional ones or major ones will cost extra. This is to avoid confusion & deter clients who may attempt to take advantage of this.
★ Examples of artist error corrections: Adding in a detail that was provided on a reference sheet that I missed, adjusting colors to match those provided by the client
★ Examples of non-artist error corrections: A client telling me to add x details to a character's design that were not on any refs previously sent, & refusing to clarify beyond word descriptions.
★ Any work that will be for commercial use must be discussed with me, & there will be additional fees set in stone for any commercial work.
˗ˏˋ ★ Rights as the artist ★
★ I do NOT allow the use of ANY of my work, including commissioned work, for NFT nor AI use. Doing so will IMMEDIATELY get you blocked & blacklisted & I may inform other artists as well if I feel so inclined.
★I reserve the right to decline ANY commission request for ANY reason I see fit.
★ I have full rights over any commissions I complete for clients UNLESS previously discussed. Copyrights to all characters depicted are retained by their creators.
★ I may use any commissioned work to showcase in my portfolio or on social media, unless a client requests it be private. I also reserve the right to not post a commissioned piece.
★ I am allowed to cancel any commission at any time for any reason I see fit. If a refund is due it will be given accordingly.
★ I expect that clients credit me for any work I complete for them, should they make any edits to my work or use my art for personal use (EXCLUDING AI/NFTs, THIS IS FORBIDDEN). Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless discussed prior with me.
★ I do not allow my work to be copied, traced, redistributed, sold, edited for purposes of degrading my work, nor AI/NFTs in any way, shape, or form.
★ My signature & logo must be intact on full pieces clients upload to their accounts.
★ BARGAINING ON MY PRICES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I will not lower them because you want me to. Any complaints about my prices WILL get you ignored, &, in serious cases, blocked & blacklisted. Do NOT waste my time.
★ I ONLY ALLOW CLIENTS 18+ TO COMMISSION ME. If you are found to be a minor, you will be blocked. Refunds will only be issued for work that has not been started, & partial refunds for those that have had some progress on it.
★ I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any time, as I see fit.
★ As the commissioner ★ˎˊ˗
★ Please be patient with me. I try to keep clients updated on the progress of their commission, but should 3 weeks pass with no updates nor delay notices, you are allowed to ask on the status of your commission.
★ However, keep in mind there may be people ahead of you, as well as any other personal circumstances that may come about. I will keep you informed if this is the case.
★ You will receive WIPs of your commission, to ensure it is to your liking.
★ You will receive a rough draft (for sketch comms) or sketch WIP (all other comm types) for approval prior to continuing. Please try to respond in a timely fashion so as to not delay the progress of your commission.
★ I will work with providing updates for you on your commission to ensure it is to your liking. Keep in mind, however, that once we've agreed a piece is complete, there will be NO further revisions.
★ You retain all rights to your characters portrayed in the commission.
★ You are allowed to use my work for personal use ONLY unless discussed otherwise (commercial use REQUIRES previous discussion & additional fees). That being said, I do ask that credit be given where due.
★ I would prefer if you shared the commission from my account's posts. However, in the case of it being a private commission / a commission that I don't post on a certain site, you are free to upload it yourself so long as you link back to one of my accounts.
★ Concerning character design commissions (i.e me working from description to bring a design you have in mind to life), a client has all rights over the character design for personal use (commercial requires prior discussion & extra fees). I still ask that credit be given for the commissioned piece itself & original design.

★ I ONLY work on Mon.-Thurs. On occasion I may work outside of those dates (especially if health flareups intervened with my schedule), but this is not a guarantee so please bear this in mind. I am still open to business inquiries at any time of the week via email or bluesky!
★ All NEW clients MUST send the details of their commission via e-mail! I only allow DMs for return clients who have demonstrated reliability (i.e no unwarranted chargebacks, no scams, etc).
★ Please be respectful when approaching me. Any hostility or violating boundaries I have set will not be tolerated, & I reserve the right to refuse to work with you if you treat me with disrespect. Further, any clients who I see exhibiting discriminatory beliefs/attitudes will be turned away.
★ Be sure, when commissioning me, that you have your refs ready, & that you specify if there's anything on the refs that I need to know (i.e any details not stated or if there has been any alterations, etc). All of this must be provided upfront lest I assume artistic freedom is given to me & you will be charged extra if you failed to give me specifics but ask for em later.
★ Artistic freedom MEANS artistic freedom ! If you hand a character's ref & tell me I have FULL artistic freedom, that means you have given me FULL control in determining pose/background/any creative direction for the piece. Therefore, PLEASE inform me on exact specifics you want for the commission, & areas you're leaving entirely to my creative direction, as I am NOT a mind reader.
★ For custom designwork: When it comes to custom designs (character/outfit/accessory design), please have all your specifics laid out CRYSTAL CLEAR. I ask that you include visual references for any specifics you have in mind, as I will incur an upcharge for purely written descriptions. Any specifics you do NOT provide will be assumed to be left to artistic interpretation.

-Additionally (ONLY for commissions over $150), will you be doing partial or full payment?★ Which of the following do you want? Headshot | Bust | Waist/hips | Knee/full body★ Any & all visual references you have of the character you're looking to commission.
- Ideally, I would appreciate any info about your character (personality, interests, associations, symbolism, etc) that may help in me nailing their vibe!
-If you want me to come up with an outfit for the character, please inform me (& include refs if there's any specifics)! This however does not mean you'll get a separate ref for the outfit as it is not an outfit design specific commission.★ For custom character designwork:
-Please provide not only a written reference for what you want in full specific detail, but any & all visual references necessary to let me know what direction you want me to take the design.
-Additionally, please do NOT send me a description that sounds like the equivalent of a roleplay starter. Be straight to the point.

If none are specified, I will assume it is left to artistic interpretation & major charges for artistic freedom posing will incur upcharges.★ Quite literally anything else you need me to know, so I can meet your expectations accordingly!

★ I accept payment via Paypal or Ko-fi !
This said, regardless if using Paypal or Ko-fi, you MUST discuss commission info with me BEFOREHAND, so that I may decide whether or not I will accept your commission.
Paying via PaypalIf paying via paypal, you MUST provide me your paypal email, so that therefore I may send you an invoice.
Paying via Ko-fiIf paying via Ko-fi, you will pay through the "commission payment" listing (this listing will only be visible on my ko-fi after we've talked) so you are able to pay there.
★ Payment must be made upfront! I will not start a commission until I receive payment.
★ I am willing to do partial payments on commissions that are $150 or higher! However, I must receive at least half minimum of the money upfront prior to starting & will only work to the level of completion equivalent to the partial payment, until I receive the rest to proceed forward.
★ More customized payment plans are ONLY for return clients who have established their reliability.
★ Full refunds are ONLY allowed if I have not made it past the sketch stage at the time of refund request, OR if I have delayed 6 months on your work with no updates informing of any delays.
★ Once I've completed a commission sketch, only partial refunds will be permitted, which will be determined based on the level of completion reached (i.e if I have completed lineart when a refund for a shaded piece is asked for, I will keep up to the cost of the lineart & refund the rest, etc).
★ Once the commission is COMPLETED, there will be NO REFUNDS.
★ Instances in which I may cancel a commission & you will not get a refund are if you have been blatantly disrespectful to me, have violated my terms of service, have failed to keep communication with me on your commission for over 6 months & left me with no means to refund, etc.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ Turnaround ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
★ Depending on my schedule, commission queue/workload, & any personal circumstances that may come up, commission turnaround time may vary from a few days to several weeks. I will keep clients routinely updated on the status of their commission or where they are in my commission queue, as well as inform of any potential updates & delays.
★ Do note that due to living with chronic health conditions, it may potentially hamper commission progress on days I have unexpected flareups. Typically I will use any days i formerly was going to take off to catch up on any work lost during usual workdays, but this is so you're aware.
★ While I allow inquiries on progress within reasonable time intervals, I ask that you please be patient with me with your commission. Asking every 1-3 days is not going to help with commission progress, especially if its a heftier piece.
★ For the most part, unless if a deadline is 1-2 months out or more, I will not be taking commissions with a set deadline if I have an ongoing queue.
Further, if you want priority status in a queue, please note that you will be subject to a rather significant upcharge which I will determine.
